Objective: To study more suitable for Internet + medical research under the background of rapid development of new mode of remote consultation. Methods: Based on our traditional remote consultation mode was compared with the reservation system remote consultation mode, expounds the advantages of the new model. Result & Conclusion: The reservation system remote consultation reference entities to register mode, follow the Internet + medical development trends, effective to reduce work processes, increase efficiency of remote consultation and quality of double effect, and is worth popularizing to continue.%目的：研究探索更适宜互联网+医疗快速发展背景下的远程会诊新模式。方法：通过对医院传统远程会诊模式与预约制远程会诊模式的比较，阐述新型模式的优势所在。结果与结论：预约制远程会诊借鉴实体门诊挂号模式，顺应互联网+医疗发展趋势，切实起到了减少工作流程、提高远程会诊效率和质量的双重效果，值得继续推广。
