目的:探讨320排容积动态CT血管造影(320-CTA)技术在出血性颅内动脉瘤快速诊断中的临床价值.方法:回顾64例出血性颅内动脉瘤急诊320排CTA检查,并在48小时内进行DSA检查的病例,评估320排CTA检查的诊断价值.结果:本组64例患者经320排CTA检查发现71个动脉瘤,DSA检查发现69个动脉瘤,以DSA作为标准,320排CTA对颅内动脉瘤的诊断准确率为97.2%(69/71),假阴性率为2.8%(2/71).结论:320排CTA具有无创、快速、准确等优势,在临床应用中可将其作为出血性颅内动脉瘤诊断的首选检查,其结果为诊断和治疗颅内动脉瘤的重要依据.%Objective: To investigate the 320 row dynamic volume CT angiography (320-CTA) clinical applications in bleeding intracranial aneurysm. Methods: Retrospectively analyze 64 bleeding intracranial aneurysms performed with emergent 320-CTA, also performed with DSA in 24 hours. Results: Among the 64 patients in this group, it found 71 aneurysms using CTA with 320 detector rows and 69 aneurysms using DSA. With DSA as standard, the diagnosis accuracy rate of intracranial aneurysm using CTA with 320 detector rows was 97.2% (69/71) and the false negative rate was 2.8% (2/71). Conclusion: As the advantages of safe microsurgery, abundant information, celerity, precision, et al. 320-CTA provides key evidences in diagnosing and therapy bleeding intracranial aneurysms, which could be carried out as prefer diagnosing method.
