"Chief complaint" is one of the most important element of medical records. Based on the chief complaints of the type-2 Diabetes 1274 cases of clinical records were analyzed, the results show that the logical structure of the chief complaint is composed of the onset characteristics of the main symptoms / signs, the main symptoms / signs, the duration of the main symptoms / signs, the increased time of the main symptoms / signs, accompanying symptoms, the duration of accompanying symptoms. This logic structure has important scientific significance in making templates of clinical information gathering system, term collecting and updating, data analyzing and mining.%主诉是病历书写中十分重要的内容之一.通过对2型糖尿病1274例临床病历的主诉进行分析,提出主诉的逻辑构成,包括:主要症状/体征的发作特征、主要症状/体征、主要症状/体征的持续时间、主要症状/体征的加重时间、伴随症状、伴随症状的持续时间;同时,阐述了这种逻辑结构在结构化临床信息采集系统的模板制作、术语采集及更新、数据分析挖掘方面的重要科研意义.
