Hospital multidisciplinary consultation (HMC) is a common procedure used by comprehensive hospital in treating patients with difficult disease and in critical condition which requires a multi-disciplinary effort. However, the traditional approach of HMC has not been able to keep pace with the developing requirement of hospital with modern informational technology. Our hospital has designed a new HMC system based on Electronic medical records that not only can change the some problems of traditional multidisciplinary consultation but also greatly enhance the effectiveness and quality of HMC.%院内会诊是综合性医院在涉及多学科疑难、危重病员诊治过程中采用的常见措施.传统的会诊模式已不能适应信息化医院的发展需要,设计一套功能完善的院内会诊系统不仅可以改善传统会诊模式中存在的诸多问题,还可大大提高院内会诊效率及会诊质量.
