Cloud computing based video record and podcast system of Minhang is built on the school’s old podcast system.it can show the live teaching in classroom, the teaching also can be recorded, so we can watch the video after the course. It can provide open course record, podcast and S-T analysis features, the course can be evalu-ated by the other teachers, the platform promoted the standardization of teaching evaluation, the high quality resources also can be shared by the teachers in the district.%闵行区云录播系统在学校原有的录播系统的基础上，实现直播和录播功能，在两大功能基础上，实现公开课、评价课等功能，增加了自动化S-T分析，结合国际国内的专业课堂观察指标，实现课堂教学评价的规范化、标准化，实现优质教育资源的共享，为教师专业发展提供了平台和支点。
