抗菌肽在饲用枯草芽孢杆菌中表达的研究进展

         

摘要

抗菌肽(AMPs)是存在于生物体中的一类阳离子短肽,具有天然的抗菌活性。在畜牧业中,抗菌肽可作为新型安全、环保的饲料添加剂。但是天然来源的抗菌肽资源有限,化学合成抗菌肽成本较高,通过这两种方法无法获得大量的抗菌肽。目前通过基因重组的方法来获得抗菌肽是较为经济的方法。枯草芽孢杆菌是一种广泛应用于畜牧业生产的革兰氏阳性菌。随着现代生物学技术的发展,利用枯草芽孢杆菌表达系统生产抗菌肽成为当前热点研究领域。文章主要对抗菌肽在枯草芽孢杆菌中的融合表达进行了简要综述,以期为开发饲用型抗菌制剂提供参考。%Due to their natural antibacterial activity,antimicrobial peptides (AMPs)can be used as a novel safe,envi-ronmentally friendly feed additive in animal husbandry.However,natural resources of AMPs are limited and hard to be pu-rified.Chemical synthesis is also high-cost and unstable way,so recombinant expression of AMPs is a cost-effective way. Bacillus subtilis is a gram-positive bacterium and has been applied wildly in animal husbandry.With the development of modern biotechnology,the Bacillus subtilis expression system for the production of antimicrobial peptides has become an attractive research area.The expression of the antimicrobial peptides in Bacillus subtilis was reviewed,so as to provide a reference for the development of forage antibacterial agents.
