目的：分析机械通气辅助治疗急性心肌梗死合并急性肺水肿的临床效果。方法随机抽取2014年2月―2015年2月期间该院收治的62例急性心肌梗死并发急性肺水肿患者作为研究对象,所有患者均给予常规治疗,在此基础上采取机械通气辅助治疗,对患者治疗前后的各项生命体征指数及hs-CRP反应水平进行统计对比。结果患者行机械通气后心率及呼吸频率较机械通气前有明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚；患者通气后PaO2、PaCO2动脉血气指标较机械通气前有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚；患者机械通气后hs-CRP、BNP水平分别为(11.87±6.54﹚ng/mL、(100.42±10.23﹚mL,均优于机械通气前(88.56±11.87﹚ng/mL、(421.87±56.34﹚mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。结论采用机械通气辅助治疗急性心肌梗死并发急性肺水肿可取得良好效果,可改善患者的临床症状,改善心功能,在临床中具有良好的应用价值。%Objective To analyze the clinical effect of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with acute pulmonary edema. Methods Randomly selected from February 2014 to February 2015 were 62 cas-es of acute myocardial infarction complicated with acute pulmonary edema patients as the object of study, all patients were given conventional treatment, based on taking mechanical ventilation therapy, statistical comparison of before and after treatment in patients with the life signs index and hs CRP levels. Results Patients after mechanical ventilation heart rate and respiration rate than before mechanical ventilation have decreased significantly, with statistical significance (P<0.05);ventilation in patients with PaO2, PaCO2 of arterial blood gas indexes than before mechanical ventilation has improved sig-nificantly, with statistical significance (P< 0.05); patients with mechanical ventilation after hs CRP and BNP levels were (11.87 ± 6.54) ng/mL, (100.42 ±10.23) mL, were all better than before mechanical ventilation (88.56 ± 11.87) ng / mL, (421.87 ± 56.34) mL, difference has statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion The use of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with acute pulmonary edema can achieve good results, can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve cardiac function, has good application value in clinical.
