目的：了解儿科门诊超说明书用药情况，为开展儿科药学服务、促进儿童安全用药提供依据。方法通过对该院儿科门诊处方进行抽查，随机抽取该院儿科门诊2015年9-12月共400张，对药物使用情况及超说明书用药情况进行统计与分析。结果儿科门诊超说明书用药发生率为54.75%。抗微生物药最多(262条)，超说明书用药发生率为17.18%。外用药最少(18条)，但超说明书用药比例最高，占66.67%。超说明书用药类型最多的为未提及儿童用药信息(54.98%)和超给药剂量(26.46%)。结论该院儿科门诊中多种药物存在超说明书使用现象，医生在临床用药过程中英严密观察患儿的生命体征，以防止出现药品不良反应。%Objective To understand the pediatric outpatient medications, super specification for pediatric pharmacy ser-vice, provides the basis for promoting children's medication safety. Methods Based on pediatric outpatient prescription spot check, random our pediatric outpatient from September to December, 2015, a total of 400 copies, on drug usage and super manual medications for statistics and analysis. Results The incidence of pediatric outpatient exceed manual medicine was 54.75%. Most antimicrobial drugs (262), super manual medicine incidence was 17.18%.
