目的:观察HCG联合黄体酮治疗早期先兆流产的临床疗效.方法:将我院于2015年5月~2016年10月期间收治的128例先兆流产患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各64例,治疗组采用HCG与黄体酮联合治疗,对照组采用黄体酮治疗,对两组治疗效果进行比较.结果:治疗至妊娠12周,治疗组显效33例,有效27例,无效4例,有效率93.75%.对照组显效20例,有效29例,无效15例,有效率76.56%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,组间比较有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论: 应用HCG联合黄体酮治疗早期先兆流产的临床效果满意,值得推广应用.%Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of HCG combined with progesterone in the treatment of early threatened abortion.Methods Admitted to our hospital from May 2015 ~2016 year in October 128 cases of threatened abortion patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 64 cases,treatment group were treated with HCG and progesterone combined treatment,control group treated with progesterone,to compare the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results 12 weeks after treatment,the treatment group was markedly effective in 33 cases,effective in 27 cases,ineffective in 4 cases,the effective rate.In the control group,20 cases were markedly effective,effective in 29 cases,ineffective in 15 cases,the effective rate was 76.56%.,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion Clinical Efficacy of HCG combined with progesterone in the treatment of Early Threatened Abortion,worthy of application and promotion
