Objective To analyze the effect of health education on self-care behavior of elderly patients with hemodialysis and compliance.Methods the patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group were given health education on the basis of the control group.Results the level of health knowledge,self-care skills,self-care ability,self-concept,self care,responsibility score and treatment compliance of the patients in the control group were significantly lower than those in the implementation of health education.Conclusion the implementation of health education for elderly hemodialysis patients can improve the self-care ability and treatment compliance of patients,improve the quality of life,and have certain promotional significance in clinical.%目的 健康教育对老年血液透析患者自护行为及依从性的影响分析.方法 对对照组患者采取常规护理干预措施,对观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施健康教育.结果 对照组患者的健康知识水平、自我护理技能、自我护理能力、自我概念、自我护理责任感得分及治疗依从性明显不如实施健康教育的观察组.结论 对老年血液透析患者实施健康教育,可使得患者的自我护理能力和治疗依从性得到提高,生活质量得到改善,在临床上具有一定的推广意义.
