Objective:To explore the effectivenesee and quality of life of aripirazol combined with low dose clozapine in treatment of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods:Eighty patients diagnosed as chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into aripiprazole combined low dose clozapine group (n=40,as treatment group ),and clozapine group (n=40,as control group).Clinical effectiveness was assessed with the positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)and adverse reactions with the treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS)and quality of life with the schizophrenia quality of life scale (SQLS)before treatment and at the end of eight weeks.Results:Compared with control group,the treatment group reduced the PANSS scores as the control group (P>0.05),but reduced scores of SQLS significantly (P<0.05),and had fewer adverse drug reaction in TESS.Conclusion:aripiprazole combined lowe clozapine has are effective and safe in treatment of chronic schizophrenia and improve the quality of life among chronic schizophrenica patients.%目的：：探索阿立哌唑联用小剂量氯氮平对慢性精神分裂症患者的疗效和生活质量影响.方法：对符合入组的患者进行随机分组，对照组予氯氮平治疗，研究组予阿立哌唑联用小剂量氯氮平治疗，在治疗开始和第八周末用阳性与阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)和副反应量表评定(TESS)疗效及副反应及精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)评估生活质量变化.结果：阿立哌唑联用小剂量氯氮平与单用氯氮平，均能降低 PANSS评分，两者无统计学意义(P＞0．05)，但两组降低 SQLS 评分有统计学差异(P＜0．05)，研究组出现副反应少，程度轻.结论：阿立哌唑联用小剂量氯氮平疗效能改善患者生活质量，降低副反应.
