Objective to study the serum calcitonin original(procalcitonin,PCT)applied value in the diagnosis of pulmonary bacterial infections.Selection methods 01,2016-July 2016 of our hospital,78 patients with bacterial lung infections disease as observation group,an alternate year 50 cases as control group,and medical health detection serum PCT level in both groups, and makes comparison and analysis the result of the two groups.Results the serum PCT level and positive predictive value of serum PCT observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the dif erence is statistical y significant(P <0.05).Conclusion application of serum calcitonin original testing bacterial lung infections disease to improve the diagnostic ef icien-cy,is the ideal reference indicators,worth clinical promotion.%目的：探讨血清降钙素原（procalcitonin，PCT）检测在肺部细菌性感染诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2016年01月———2016年07月我院收治的肺部细菌感染疾病患者78例作为观察组，另选同期体检健康者50例为对照组，检测两组血清 PCT 水平，并对两组结果作对比分析。结果观察组血清 PCT 水平及血清 PCT 阳性率均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论应用血清降钙素原检测肺部细菌感染疾病提高了诊断效能，是较为理想的参考的指标，值得临床推广。
