公立医院聘用制医务人员心理契约违背对组织承诺的影响分析

         

摘要

Objective To observe the relationship between the engaging system medical staff psychological contract breach and the organizational commitment in the public hospital and provide reference for improving the organizational loyalty of the engaging system medical staff in the public hospital and stabilize the medical team. Methods The psychological contract breach and the organizational commitment of 232 cases of medical staff in the public hospital were surveyed by question-naire. Results The engaging system medical staff psychological contract breach had an obvious negative correlation with the emotional promise dimension in the organizational promise. Conclusion The hospital managers should pay attention to moni-toring the engaging system medical staff psychological contract breach and then improve the organization loyalty and stabi-lize the medical staff team.%目的:通过考察公立医院聘用制医务人员心理契约违背与组织承诺的相关关系,为提高公立医院聘用制医务人员组织忠诚、稳定医务人员队伍提供参考。方法采用方便抽样方法对232名公立医院医务人员进行心理契约违背和组织承诺问卷调查。结果聘用制医务人员心理契约违背与组织承诺的情感承诺维度负性相关关系显著。结论医院管理者应注重监测聘用制医务人员心理契约违背感,进而提高其组织忠诚,稳定医务人员队伍。
