Objective To analyze and explore the midwife group to implement the effect of continuity of care for the pregnant woman. Methods Chose our hospital in January 2013-January 2013 received 62 cases of pregnant women as the research object, which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group given routine care, while the experimental group by professional midwife groups to provide continuity of care services, nursing effect of two groups of pregnant women were compared. Results The results of experimental group patients natural births, compliance, and satisfaction to nursing service were significantly better than the control group, and the statistically significant difference between them (P<0.05). Conclusion Imple-ment systematic, continuity of care for pregnant women, not only can improve the quality of delivery of pregnant women, but also can avoid the occurrence of medical disputes, promote the progress of the hospital, thus is worth popularizing in clinic.%目的：分析和探讨助产士组人员对孕妇实施连续性护理的效果。方法选用了我院在2013年1月-2014年1月接收的62例孕妇作为研究对象，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组给予常规护理，而实验组由专门的助产士组人员为其提供连续性的护理服务，对两组孕妇的护理效果进行对比。结果实验组患者的自然分娩率、依从性以及对护理服务的满意度都明显好于对照组，并且他们之间的差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对孕妇实施系统性、连续性的护理服务，不仅可以提高孕妇的分娩质量，而且还能避免医疗纠纷的发生，促进医院工作的顺利进行，因此值得在临床上推广。
