目的 研究分析品管圈活动在精神科老年病房基础护理质量管理中的作用.方法 将2017年1月—2018年4月该院神经科收治的100例老年患者与同期老年病房区26名医护人员采用随机分组法分为观察组与对照组, 每组患者50例, 医护人员各13名, 对照组应用常规护理模式, 观察组实施品管圈活动方式, 分析比较两组患者基础护理合格率情况以及护理满意度.结果 研究各项数据显示观察组患者基础护理合格率 (94％) 与患者护理满意度情况 (100％) 明显高于对照组患者 (72％, 80％), 组间数据各自进行比较差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05).结论 品管圈活动在精神科老年病房基础护理质量管理中有着良好提升作用, 值得临床推广运用.%Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle in the basic nursing quality management in the senile ward in the department of pediatrics. Methods 100 cases of senile patients and 26 cases of medical staff in the senile ward in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases of patients and 13 cases of medical staff in each, the control group used the routine nursing model, while the observation group used the quality control circle, and the qualified rate of basic nursing and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results Various data showed that the qualified rate of basic nursing and nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group (94％, 100％ vs 72％, 80％, P＜0.05). Conclusion The quality control circle in the nursing quality management in senile ward in the department of pediatrics has a good improvement effect, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
