Along with the continuous expansion of the hospital,constantly development and deepening of reform in enterprise,the personnel file management has gradually become one of the focus in public. Countermeasures were proposed by analyzing the problems of hospital personnel file management. Improve the system of personnel archives management,strengthen the consciousness of archives,enhance the quality of the personnel file management,reinforce the construction of personnel archives management team.
