Objective To study the personalized nursing effect in diabetes care. Methods 50 cases of patients with diabetes as the research object of treatment. To observe the effect analysis of two groups of patient care, compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results The observation group of 25 patients after individualized nursing care, observation group of patients nursing effect was better than the control group patients, nursing effect comparison between the two groups have significant difference, (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing can effectively control the condition of patients with diabetes, can improve the patient's compliance.%目的探讨个性化护理在糖尿病护理中的效果。方法我院治疗的50例糖尿病患者为研究对象。观察分析两组患者护理效果，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组25例患者经过个性化护理后，观察组患者护理效果明显优于对照组患者，两组间护理效果比较具有明显差异，P<0.05。结论个性化护理能有效控制糖尿病患者的病情，能提高患者的依从性。
