[ Objective ] It was to study the security and the curative effect on therapy of benign and malignant tumor in airway and central airway obstructive lesions by argon plasma coagulation and CO2 cryoprobe. [Methods] Under the invasive mechanical ventilation and general anesthesia, via electronic fibreoptic bronchoscopy, using argon plasma coagulation and CO2 cryoprobe, a total of 52 cases of endotracheal and intrabronchial tumors were sucked out for canalizing airway through firing and knifing, The curative effects were compared before and after treatment. [Results] For all the subjects, there were a great degrees of alleviation after the treatment, the airway was canalized, tumor diminished, pulmonary function was improved, the patients' quality of life was improved. [ Conclusions] The curative effects that cure airway tumor by firing and cryotherapy under the invasive mechanical ventilation and general anesthesia via electronic fibreoptic bronchoscopy are satisfactory, it is a good method and worth to spread.%目的 探讨氩等离子体凝固与二氧化碳(CO2)冷冻联合治疗气道内良、恶性肿物及中心气道阻塞性病变的疗效及安全性.方法 在有创机械通气支持和复合麻醉下,经电子纤维支气管镜,采用氩气刀、冷冻治疗仪,对52例气管、支气管内肿物通过烧灼、切割等方法,将肿物粘出或吸出,使气道开通,对其近期效果进行评估.结果 52例气道内肿物经上述治疗,绝大部分患者临床症状明显缓解,气道打通,瘤体变小,肺功能改善,提高了患者的生活质量.结论 在有创机械通气支持和复合麻醉下通过纤支镜下烧灼和冷冻治疗气道内肿物的疗效理想、操作安全,值得临床推广.
