[ Objective ] To review the effect of bronchoscopy treatment for post-operative respiratory failure in patients with lung cancer. [Methods] Clinical data of patients with respiratory failure after resection of lung cancer were analyzed. All of them have accepted the bronchoscopy treatment after operation, the HR, MAP, SPO2 and ABG were analyzed through using brobronchoscopy treatment. [Results] A total 51 cases with bronchoscope treatment, tracheal intubation 4 times, sputum suction 62 times, bronchoalveolar lavage 22 times, obstruction for bronchial stump fistula 1 time. After examing and treatment of bronchoscope, PCO2 declined and P02 increased (P ＜0.05). [Conclusions] There are obviously clinical values of bronchoscope therapy for patients with respiratory failure after resection of lung cancer.%目的 回顾性分析纤维支气管镜在肺癌术后呼吸衰竭患者治疗中的作用及安全性.方法 对51例患者行纤维支气管镜检查及治疗,对检查治疗前后各项指标的变化进行监测,对比吸痰前后血气分析变化.结果 本组51例患者行纤维支气管镜检查共64人次,其中行纤支镜引导气管插管4次,纤支镜吸痰62次,肺泡灌洗22次,支气管残端瘘封堵术1次.行纤支镜吸痰前后血气分析比较,对比PaO2升高和PaCO2降低,差异有显著性(P＜0.05),均无严重并发症.结论 纤支镜在肺癌根治术后呼吸衰竭患者的诊疗中,有较好的应用价值.
