[ Objective ] To investigate the effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy sequential therapy in the treatment of post traumatic atelectasis. [Methods] Totally 56 patients with post traumatic atelectasis were included in this study. All patients were randomized into 2 groups each 28. The group of routine treatment accepted routine management (including antibiotics, eliminating sputum, humidificating airway, and clapping back to facilitate excluding sputum, nutritional and supportive treatment) and fiberoptic bronchoscopy lavage besidy. Another group added fiberoptic bronchoscopy sequential therapy. [ Results ] The effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy sequential therapy was better than routine treatment in blood-analysis, the renew rate of atelectasis, Hs-CRP. The difference was significant between both groups (P ＜0.05) in fifth day and seventh day. [ Conclusion ] The fiberoptic bronchoscopy sequential therapy can promote the renew of atelectasis and the therapy of pulmonary infection, improve oxidize and lung function, promote the renew of serious surgical condition.%目的 观察纤维支气管镜序贯治疗在创伤后肺不张中的作用.方法 按入选时间先后随机分成两组(常规治疗组与序贯治疗组,每组各28例),常规治疗组给予全身抗感染、化痰、湿化气管、拍背促进排痰、营养及支持治疗及床旁纤维支气管镜灌洗吸痰；序贯治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,加用纤维支气管镜序贯治疗.结果 序贯治疗组的治疗效果在血气分析、肺不张恢复率、超敏C-反应蛋白等方面均优于常规治疗组,第5天与第7天组间比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 纤维支气管镜序贯治疗能促进创伤后肺不张的恢复,加强肺部感染的治疗,改善氧和,改善肺功能,进而有利于严重外伤病情的恢复.
