Objective:To detect the genotype frequency of polymorphic loci( N363S, ER22/23EK, BclI, 9β) of glucocorticoid receptor ( GR ) gene to determine the correlation between glucocorticoid receptor gene polymorphism and glucocorticoid resistance in the patients with bullous pemphigus ( BP ) . Methods:Genomic DNA was extracted from the peripheral blood of the patients in the glucocorticoid sensitivity group ( 40 pa-tients) , glucocorticoid resistance group ( 48 patients) and 42 healthy controls. The mutations in polymorphic loci were detected by SNaPshotSNP. Results:Three kinds of genotypes (CC, CG and GG) of BclI were iden-tified in the three groups, with no significant difference among them ( P>0.05) . There was no polymorphism of N363S, ER22 / 23EK and 9β in the three groups. Conclusion: The polymorphism of GR gene may not be correlated with the glucocorticoid resistance in the patients with BP .%目的::检测糖皮质激素受体基因多态位点( N363S、ER22/23EK、BclI、9β),明确其与大疱性类天疱疮糖皮质激素(以下简称激素)抵抗的相关性。方法:提取激素敏感组(40例)、激素抵抗组(48例)及健康对照组(42名)外周血 DNA,应用 SNaPshotSNP 分型技术进行 GR 基因多态性位点( N363S、ER22/23EK、BclI、9β)检测。结果:激素敏感组、激素抵抗组和健康对照组均检出BclI有3种基因型CC、CG、GG,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);N363S、ER22/23EK、9β基因位点不存在多态性。结论: GR基因N363S、ER22/23EK、BclI、9β多态性与BP激素抵抗可能无相关性。
