目的:检测皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中E-钙黏素和α-SMA的表达.方法:用免疫组化法检测30例皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中E-钙黏素和α-SMA蛋白的表达.结果:与癌旁及正常皮肤组织相比,E-钙黏素在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中表达减弱或缺失(P<0.05),中低分化与高分化癌组织组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);皮肤鳞状细胞癌癌巢周边组织中α-SMA阳性表达,中低分化与高分化癌组织组间比较差异也有显著性(P<0.05).结论:皮肤鳞状细胞癌发生上皮-间质转化,肿瘤相关成纤维细胞可能参与了其转化和侵袭过程.%Objective: To detect the expression of E - cadherin and α- SMA in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC).Methods: The expression of E- cadherin and α - SMA in 30 patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was detected with immunohistochemical method.Results: Compared with pericancerous and normal tissues, the expression rate of E - cadherin in CSCC was lower or lost ( P ＜ 0.05) and the expression was also differed between higher and lower differentiation of the cancer ( P ＜ 0.05).The expression of α - SMA was positive in pericancerous tissue and differed between higher and lower differentions of the cancer ( P ＜ 0.05).Comlusion: In CSCC, there may be epithelial - mesenchymal transition in which cancer- associated fibroblasts may be involved.
