Ultrasound imaging is a valuable tool in the detection of breast tumor, and the breast imaging reporting and data system (BI-RADS) guides the ultrasound diagnosis of breast tumor to improve the diagnosis accuracy. Ultrasound breast tumor computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) combined with BI-RADS-US has become the research hospot. This paper introduces the design of CAD system based on BI-RADS-US and main technology of these functional modules, and finally, summarizes the research situation of Ultrasound breast tumor CAD with BI-RADS-US.%医学超声诊断是临床检查乳腺肿瘤的有效手段,而乳腺影像报告和数据体系(BIRADS)为超声诊断乳腺肿瘤制定了指南性规范.结合BI-RADS-US的超声乳腺肿瘤计算机辅助诊断(CAD)已经成为研究热点.本文介绍了基于BI-RADS-US体系的CAD系统的设计,以及几个重要的功能模块,并介绍了实现这些功能模块的主要技术,最后对结合BI-RADS-US的乳腺超声CAD 研究现状进行了综述.
