随着临床医学专业学生的扩招,各高等医学院校的教学基地不断增多,学生培养同质化问题日益明显.文章从医学人才培养同质化出发,探讨了在临床实践教学中通过采用"六统一"管理模式,实现教学管理、基地建设、考试考核和质量保障体系的不断完善.%With the expanded enrollment of clinical medical students,teaching bases of medical colleges and universities have been on increase and single-pattern of student training is becoming increasingly obvious.In this paper,in view of the single-pattern training of medical personnel,we have explored the six-unification management mode in clinical practice teaching to improve teaching management,base construction,examination and assessment,and quality assurance system.
