教育部提出的“卓越工程师教育培养计划”是促进高校培养适应当前社会发展要求的高素质工程技术人才的“质量工程”。文章通过分析医学信息人才的知识需求，对广东医学院卓越医学信息专业人才培养方案的设计原则、构建思路及方案的构建等问题进行了探讨。%The Plan for Training Outstanding Engineers proposed by the Ministry of Education is a quality project which aims to promote universities to produce high-quality engineers and technicians who can meet the requirement of social development.This paper discusses the design principles, construction thoughts and scheme of producing outstanding medical information talents at our college through the analysis of knowledge demand for medical informatics personnel.
