Based on the research of graduate students'supervisors at colleges and universities in our country, this paper proposes a supervisor evaluation system at medical colleges and universities, which makes an overall evaluation of supervisors'professional ethics, academic competency, compre-hensive quality, and cultivating ability.It also proposes the reward-punishment mechanism to realize the dynamic management of graduate students'supervisors.This system can help monitor supervisors'carrying out their duties, ensure their high quality and improve the quality of graduate student training.%通过对我国普通高校研究生导师队伍现状的分析,提出了医科院校导师评价体系。评价体系将导师的师德师风、学术水平、综合素质、培养能力在指标中得到全面地体现,并建立奖惩机制,实现研究生导师岗位动态管理。指出该体系有利于督促导师积极履行职责,保证导师队伍的整体素质,保障研究生培养质量。
