甲状腺肿瘤雌激素受体亚型及细胞周期素D1的表达及意义

         

摘要

Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of the extrogen receptor (ER) isoforms ERa, ER p and cyclinDl in human thyroid tumors. Methods: Thyroid tissue samples were obtained, including thyroid carcinoma(60 cases), thyroid follicular adenoma (32 cases)and normal thyroid tissue(lOcases). S-P immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expressions of ERα, ERβ and cyclinD1 in the thyroid tissues. Results: There was significant difference between the normal thyroid tissues, thyroid adenoma and the carcinoma (P<0.05). There wasrnsignificant difference between carcinoma, adenoma and the normal thyroid (P<0.05). There was significant difference between the three group tissues(P<0.05). They were correlated with TNM staging and lymphaden metestasis of thyroid carcinoma(P<0.05); The in spection group and correlation analysis. Conclusion: The ERa high expression and ERP lower expression may promote the oerexpressions of cyclin D1, and so thyroid epithelial cell proliferation may be out of control, which may lead to occurrence, development and metestasis of the thyroid carcinoma.%目的:探讨雌激素受体亚型ERα、ERβ和cyclinD1在人甲状腺肿瘤中的表达及其意义.方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法对正常甲状腺组织、甲状腺腺瘤及四状腺癌组织中ERα、ERβ和cyclinD1的表达进行了检测.结果:正常甲状腺组织和甲状腺腺瘤中ERα表达显著低于甲状腺癌(χ2=1.59,P<0.05);正常甲状腺组织ERβ的表达显著高于甲状腺腺瘤和甲状腺癌(χ2=2.69,P<0.05);甲状腺癌组织中cyclinD1的阳性表达明显高于甲状腺腺瘤和正常甲状腺组织(χ2=3.05,P<0.05).三者的表达与甲状腺癌的临床分期以及有无淋巴结转移有关;并且对检查组进行相关性分析.结论经:ERα高表达和ERβ低表达均可促进cyclinD1过度表达,从而使甲状腺上皮细胞增殖失控,进而导致甲状腺癌发生、发展和转移.
