网络公开课程对我国医学教育改革的SWOT分析

         

摘要

With the popularization of internet and the introduction of sharing education concept,the internet has become an important approach for the knowledge seekers to acquire knowledge.The abundant network open courses on the internet provide convenient learning conditions for medical students and medical workers,meanwhile,the courses have great influences on traditional medical education.Through summarizing the medical network open courses on the internet,this paper introduces websites and contents of excellent medical open course resources at home and abroad,analyzes the existing strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats of medical network open courses by the method of SWOT,and then put forward four strategies and proposals of strengths-opportunities (SO),strengths-threats (ST),weaknesses-opportunities (WO),weaknesses-threats (WT),so as to provide reference for the development of medical network open courses in our country and the reform of medical education.%随着互联网的普及和共享教育理念的提出,互联网成为求知者获取知识的重要途径.互联网上丰富的医学网络公开课程为医学生及医务工作者提供了便利的学习条件,同时也对传统医学教育产生重大的影响.本文通过对互联网上的医学网络公开课程进行梳理总结,介绍了国内外优质的医学公开课程资源网站和课程内容,运用SWOT分析法对医学网络公开课程的优势(Strengths)、劣势(Weaknesses)、机会(Opportunities)和威胁(Threats)进行分析,并据此提出优势-机会(SO)、优势-威胁(ST)、劣势-机会(WO)、劣势-威胁(WT)四种对策和建议,以期为我国医学网络公开课程的发展和医学教育的改革提供参考.
