The clinical manifestations of acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis are painful red plaques or nodules,usually accompanied by fever and increased peripheral white blood cell count,percentage of neutrophils,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein.Its histopathological expression is an inflammatory vascular response mainly infiltrated by neutrophils in the dermis.Acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis is a rare skin disease that is easily misdiagnosed.To explore the clinical characteristics,differential diagnoses and treatments of acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis,this paper reports a patient with acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College,including his clinical and laboratory examination features and the process of diagnoses and treatments.The results indicate that to improve the definite diagnosis rate of acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis,the clinician should attach importance to the histopathological biopsy and collect samples in multiple sites timely and repeatedly.%急性发热性嗜中性皮病临床表现为疼痛性红色斑块或结节,常伴发热,外周血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、红细胞沉降率和C反应蛋白升高,组织病理学表现为真皮层以中性粒细胞浸润为主的炎性血管反应.急性发热性嗜中性皮病是一种少见的皮肤病,易误诊.本文报道1例成都医学院第一附属医院接诊的急性发热性嗜中性皮病患者的临床和实验室检查特征以及诊疗过程,探讨急性发热性嗜中性皮病的临床特点、鉴别诊断和诊治思路.结果提示临床医师在诊断急性发热性嗜中性皮病时应重视组织病理活检,尽早取材,且可多部位、多次取材,提高确诊率.
