激励式心理干预在择期手术患儿中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of incentive psychological intervention on children undergoing elective surgica operation. Methods From March to August 2014, in Union Hospital of Tangshan City, 97 children undergoing elective surgica operation were selected, according to random number table, they were divided into research group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group were given routine nursing, the research group were given incentive psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Nursing effects of the two groups after nursing interven-tion were analyzed and compared. Results The the total operative matching rate in research group was 97.9%, that in control group was only 52.1%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Approching the operation, the sys-tolic pressure of patients of the research group was significantly lower than that of control group, and the pulse rate of the research group was also lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the psychological state of patients of both the two group had different degree improvement, SAS, SDS scores of children in two groups were lower than those before the intervention, the differences were statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05);and these in the research group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were sta-tistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of incentive psychological nursing on children undergoing elective operation can effectively improve the psychological state of childern, stabilize their mood, reduce the degree of anxiety of the patients, and also help to improve the cooperation degree, promote operation smoothly.%目的:探讨激励式心理护理干预在择期手术患儿中的应用价值。方法选择2014年3~8月唐山市协和医院住院择期手术患儿96例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上加用激励式心理护理。分析比较两组干预后的护理效果。结果研究组患儿的手术总配合率为97.9%,对照组仅为52.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临手术时研究组患儿收缩压明显低于对照组,脉率也明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与干预前比较,两组患儿心理状态均有不同程度的改善,两组患儿干预后的SAS评分、SDS评分均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且干预后研究组SAS评分、SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将激励式心理护理干预用于择期手术患儿中可以有效改善患儿心理状态,稳定患儿情绪,降低患儿焦虑程度,有助于提高手术配合度,促进手术顺利进行。
