Objective To investigate the efficacy of AMT -A microware combined with compound glycyrrhizin combination for treating alopecia areata. Methods 120 cases with alopecia areata treatment were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group were used the AMT-A Microwave combined with compound glycyrrhizin combination treatment, the control group were only used the compound glycyrrhizin treatment. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was 96.7%, and was 78.3% in the control group (P < 0.05). The high shear reduced whole blood viscosity, low shear reduced whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index of the treatment group were significantly less than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The adverse reaction between the two groups had no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion AMT -A microware combined with compound glycyrrhizin combination for treating alopecia areata can promote the regeneration of blood vessels, reduce blood viscosity, so it can enhance efficacy and safety that is worthy of clinical application.%目的 探讨AMT-A微波加复方甘草酸苷联合治疗斑秃的疗效.方法 120例斑秃患者根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各60例,治疗组采用AMT-A微波加复方甘草酸苷联合治疗,对照组单独应用复方甘草酸苷治疗.结果 治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为78.3%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).治疗后治疗组的全血高切还原黏度、全血低切还原黏度和红细胞聚集指数均明显少于对照组(均P < 0.05).两组不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05).结论 AMT-A微波加复方甘草酸苷联合治疗斑秃能促进血管的再生,降低血黏度,从而提高疗效,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用.
