Objective To analyze the distribution of MMP-9-1562C/T gene polymorphism in patients with and without coronary disease (CAD),in order to understand the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms of MMP-9 gene and genetic predisposition of CAD.Methods PCR-RFLR was used to analyze the genetic typing of blood sample in investigation objects,then the difference in MMP-9-1562C/T genotype frequency and allele frequency between the cases group and the control group was analyzed.Results The OR value of MMP-9-1562 CC/CT+TT was 0.83 in the cases group and the control group,the difference was not significant (OR 95％CI 0.51-1.36,P ＞ 0.05); while,the OR value of C/T allele was 0.83,the difference was not significant (OR 95％ CI 0.44-1.55,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The association between single nucleotide polymorphisms of MMP-9 gene and genetic predisposition of CAD can not be affirmed,which needs further study to confirm.%目的 分析金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)-1562C/T基因多态性在冠心病患者及非冠心病患者中的分布情况,了解MMP-9基因单核苷酸多态性与冠心病遗传易感性的关系.方法 采用PCR-RFLR法对调查对象血液样本进行基因分型,分析MMP-9-1562C/T基因型频率和等位基因频率在病例组和对照组之间的差异.结果 病例组与对照组CC/CT+TT的OR值为0.83,差异无统计学意义(OR 95％CI 0.51～1.36,P＞0.05)；C/T等位基因OR值为0.83,差异无统计学意义(OR 95％CI 0.44～1.55,P＞0.05).结论 MMP-9基因单核苷酸多态性与冠心病遗传易感性的关系尚不能肯定,还需要今后进一步的研究证实.
