Objective To investigate the effect of Butorphanol for preventing hyperalgesia after Remifentanil anesthesia.Methods 80 patients for laparoscopic biliary tract surgery were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,40 cases respectively.Patients in the observation group were given intravenous Butorphanol after surgery for preventiing hyperalgesia after anesthesia,postoperative pain was compared between two groups.Results VRS scores in the observation group 15 minutes and 30 minutes after extubation were lower than at extubation,and also significantly lower than the control group,there were statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).VAS scores after 2 h and 4 h were significantly lower than the control group,there were statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).About adverse reactions in the two groups,there were not significant differences (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Butorphanol as analgesic drugs for preventing hyperalgesia after Remifentanil anesthesia,has a satisfactory effect,and its sedation has a positive effect to alleviate postoperative pain and emotional.%目的 探讨布托啡诺用于预防瑞芬太尼麻醉后痛觉过敏的效果.方法 将80例腹腔镜下胆道手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例,观察组在手术结束后静脉注射布托啡诺瑞用于预防麻醉后痛觉过敏,比较两组患者术后疼痛情况.结果 观察组拨管后15 min和拔管后30 min口述疼痛评分(VRS评分)均降低,低于刚拔管时,且明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).2h和4 h VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组患者不良反应比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 布托啡诺作为预防瑞芬太尼麻醉后痛觉过敏的镇痛药物,效果理想,且镇静作用对缓解患者术后疼痛以及情绪有积极的作用.
