107株凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌耐药性分析

         

摘要

Objective: To detect the distribution of coagulase negative staphylococcus (CNS) and the drug resistance. Methods: 107 strains of CNS which were isolated from antimicrobial susceptibility test in our hospital from June 2010 to May 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Among 107 strains of CNS, there were 51 strains of staphylococcus epidermidis which were the most common pathogens, accounting for 47.7%. There were 82 strain of MRCNS and 25 strains of MSCNS. Among the MRCNS and MSCNS strains, the positive rates of the β -lactamase was 100.0% and 80.0% respectively. MRCNS were found to be sensitive to Vancomycin and Linzolid, but had high resistance to other antibiotics. Conclusion: CNS plays a significant role in nosocomial infection and the drug resistance is severe. In order to control this kind of nosocomial infection, it is critically important to monitor the antimicrobial resistance of CNS.%目的:分析医院感染凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)的分布及耐药性.方法:回顾性分析2010年6月~2011年5月我院临床送检标本中分离出的CNS 107株.结果:107株CNS中,表皮葡萄球菌最多为51株,占47.7%.耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌82株,占76.7%,全部产β-内酰胺酶;甲氧西林敏感凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌25株占23.3%,其中,20株产β-内酰胺酶,产酶率为80.0%.耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌除了对万古霉素和利奈唑胺还保持敏感外,对绝大多数抗生素都有较高的耐药率.结论:CNS已为重要的医院感染菌,耐药情况严峻,临床应加强耐药性的监测,合理使用抗生素.
