Objective To analyze the expression of P53 in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) and the relationship with histological grade. Methods The expression of P53 in 35 cases of TNBC and 35 cases of non triple negative breast cancer (NTNBC) were detected by immunohistochemistry and was analyzed with histological grade. Results The expression of P53 in TNBC was more pronounced than it was in NTNBC (P < 0.05); the high histological grade of TNBC was more than NTNBC (P < 0.01); the expression of P53 had a positive correlation with histological grade (P < 0.01). Conclusion P53 can be taken as an important factor in the differentiation grade, biological behavior and diagnosis of the breast cancer.%目的 检测P53在三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)中的表达及其与乳腺癌组织学分级的关系.方法 应用免疫组化结果 检测35例TNBC及35例非三阴性乳腺癌(NTNBC)中P53的表达差异,以及与乳腺癌组织学分级的关系.结果 P53在TNBC中的表达率明显高于NTNBC(P ＜ 0.05);TNBC中的组织学高级别者明显多于NTNBC(P ＜ 0.01);P53在高级别乳腺癌中的表达率明显高于低级别者(P ＜ 0.01).结论 P53可作为判断乳腺癌细胞分化程度、生物学行为及预后的一项重要指标.
