本文探讨了我国医院管理职业化与高等教育情况.首先,应用文献分析方法 对我国医院管理职业化与高等教育现状进行了描述性分析.其次,总结了典型国家或地区的医院管理职业化和高等教育的经验.最后,提出了促进我国医院职业化管理和高等教育相关政策建议.%The professional management and higher education of Chinese hospital administration are discussed in this paper. First, the hospital management career and higher education are analyzed descriptively by application of literature analysis method. Second, the international experiences of professional management and higher education are abstracted from many countries and regions. Finally, the authors propose some suggestions of promoting the progress of professional management and higher education in Chinese hospital.
