Objective To study the effect of Budesonide in the treatment of acute laryngitis in children. Methods 200 cases of acute laryngitis children in outpatient were selected and randomly divided into Dexamethasone for Prednisone) treatment of control group and on basis of control group plus with Budesonide aiomization inhalation treatment of observation group, each had 100 cases. The effects of two groups in symptoms mitigation situation (respiratory difficulties, barking cough, hoarseness, wheezing rale disappeared), patients satisfaction, hospitalized time and adverse reactions were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the self-conscious symptom improvement, situation of symptoms (breathing difficulties, barking cough, hoarseness, wheezing rale disappeared), length of stay, the adverse reactions and the time of symptoms changed of the observation group were significant different (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Budesonide on a-cute laryngitis has a reliable effect, which is easy to operate, safe and effective, has less adverse reactions, and also worthy of continuous clinical research and promotion.%目的 探讨布地奈德治疗小儿急性喉炎的效果.方法 选取来我院内科门诊治疗的200例急性喉炎患儿,随机分为地塞米松(或泼尼松)治疗的对照组和在此基础上加用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的观察组,各100例,比较两组在症状缓解情况(呼吸困难、犬吠样咳嗽、声音嘶哑、哮鸣音消失)、患者自觉症状改善、门诊治疗时间、不良反应等情况上的效果.结果 观察组较对照组在患者症状缓解情况(呼吸困难、犬吠样咳嗽、声音嘶哑、哮鸣音消失)、自觉症状改善率、门诊治疗时间、不良反应、症状好转时间上存在差异(P ＜ 0.05).结论 布地奈德治疗急性喉炎疗效可靠,操作简便,安全有效,不良反应少,值得临床上继续研究和推广.
