Objective To explore the clinical effects of cardiac rehabilitation promotion in intracoronary stent implantation patients by progressive rehabilitation nursing. Methods 200 patients with intracoronary stent implantation admitted into our hospital from April 2006 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. They were evenly divided into progressive rehabilitation nursing group (PRN) and routine nursing care group in random. In PRN group, except for regular treatment, early progressive rehabilitation activity, health education, risk factor cognition, psychological guidance, high risk factor control, and poor life-style change were applied. Results The intervention time in the two groups was one year. Physiological test outcome, exercise tolerance intensity, frequency of chest suppression, and ejection fraction were compared in both groups with PRN group superior to routine nursing care group in a significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion It is safe to perform early progressive rehabilitation nursing for intracoronary stent implantation patients, and is beneficial to promote early recovery of the patients and improve life quality.%目的 探讨渐进式康复护理促进冠脉内支架植入术后患者心脏康复的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析我院2006年4月~2011年1月收治入院的行冠脉支架植入术患者200例,随机将200例患者分为渐进式康复护理组(观察组100例)和常规护理组(对照组100例).渐进式康复护理组除常规治疗外,主要配合渐进式早期康复活动、健康教育、认知危险因素、心理指导、控制高危因素和改变不良的生活方式等.结果 两组患者干预时间均为1年,两组患者从生理检测结果、运动耐受强度、胸闷的发作频率、射血分数进行比较,观察组明显优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05).结论 冠脉内支架植入术后患者实行早期渐进式康复护理是安全的,有利于促进患者早期康复,提高生活质量.
