Objective: To observe the effect of Monostalotetrahexosylgangliside based on the conventional treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods: 38 patients included in the treatment group applied Monostalotetra-hexosylgangliside based on the conventional treatment and then compared with the 38 patients' clinical data in the control group. Results: The effect of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (ρ＜0.05). Conclusion: The course of treatment can be shortened when HIE newborns apply Monostalotetrahexo-sylgangliside and the clinical symptoms can be improved as soon as possible. There is a significant meaning to improve the recovery rate and reduce mortality in children.%目的:在常规治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的基础上加用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠,观察其效果.方法:治疗组38例患者在常规治疗的基础上应用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠,并与38例对照组患者的临床资料进行比较分析.结果:治疗组总有效率为97.36%,明显高于对照组的71.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:HIE患儿应用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠可缩短疗程,早日改善临床症状,对提高患儿治愈率,降低死亡率有重要意义.
