目的:探讨超声诊断异位甲状腺的临床意义.方法:分析7例异位甲状腺的临床及超声表现.结果:4例超声诊断为异位甲状腺,避免了不必要的手术;1例超声诊断为异位甲状腺伴囊腺瘤,术后病理证实;1例超声误诊为甲状舌管囊肿患者,术中手术医生疑为异位甲状腺,及时取少许组织送检病理诊断为甲状腺组织,同时探查发现正常甲状腺缺如,故未作切除;1例误诊为甲状舌管囊肿的患者手术切除,后继发甲状腺功能低下.结论:超声对异位甲状腺的诊断具有重要临床意义,可作为筛查的首选检查方法.%Objective: To discuss the clinical significance of ultrasound diagnosis for ectopic thyroid. Methods: Analysis of 7 cases of ectopic thyroid in clinical and ultrasonography. Results: 4 cases were ectopic thyroid by ultrasound diagnosis,avoiding unnecessary surgery; 1 case with ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic thyroid cystadenoma, pathologically confirmed;1 case misdiagnosed as thyroglossal duct cysts, surgery surgeon suspected ectopic thyroid, took a little time submission pathological thyroid tissue organization while probe found that absence of normal thyroid, it was not been removed; 1 patient was misdiagnosed as thyroglossal duct cyst excision, hypothyroidism secondary. Conclusion: Ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic thyroid has important clinical significance, can be used as a screening examination method of choice.
