With the change from traditional biomedical mode to modern biological-psychological-social medical mode, the humanity quality of the nursing staff is increasingly demanded. The present nursing humanity education in our country is far from perfect in many aspects. In order to adapt to the nursing work in the modern medical mode, nursing humanity education should be reformed by changing the nursing education concepts, improving the nursing humanity curriculum and innovativing the methods of nursing humanity education.%随着传统生物医学模式向现代生物-心理-社会医学模式的转变,对护理人员的人文素质要求越来越高.目前我国护理人文教育还存在很多不足,为适应现代医学模式下的护理工作,应通过转变护理教育观念,完善护理人文知识课程体系及创新护理人文教育方法等,对护理人文教育进行改革.
