Objective To explore the inguinal hernia mesh repair inguinal hernia patients clinical results. Methods42 patients with inguinal hernia repair in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (21 cases) and control group (21 cases). The patients in control group were treated with single patch repair. The recovery of postoperative complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery, postoperative complications in patients of the observation group than the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). In addition, the observation group of patients with hernia recurrence rate was 4.76%, significantly less than the control group of patients with 33.33% of the hernia recurrence rate, the group had a significant difference(P<0.05), with statistical significance. ConclusionClinical medicine, for inguinal hernia repair in patients with artificial patch material suits patch repair surgery, patients recover faster, hernia recurrence rate, no complications, with good repair effect, it is worth to promote the application.%目的：探讨腹股沟疝补片修补术治疗腹股沟疝患者的临床效果。方法选取2014年6月～2015年6月在我院进行腹股沟疝补片修补术的42例患者作为研究对象，对其随机分为观察组（21例）和对照组（21例），观察组患者采用套装补片修补术进行治疗，对照组患者采用单纯补片修补术进行治疗，手术后观察并比较两组患者的术后恢复情况、并发症及疝复发率。结果观察组患者的术后的恢复情况、并发症等情况明显优于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。另外，观察组患者的疝复发率为4.76％，明显小于对照组患者的疝复发率33.33％，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床医学上，对腹股沟疝患者采用人工修补的套装补片材料进行补片修补术，术后患者的恢复较快，疝复发率低，无并发症出现，具有良好的修补效果，值得在大力推广应用。
