不同学历层次临床实习护生心理状况调查

         

摘要

Objective To investigate and analyze the mental health of clinical nursing students with different educational backgrounds, and to understand their mental status and solve mental problems, so as to enable them to better adapt to the nursing service. Methods Cross-sectional study was applied in the survey. 220 clinical nursing students from 3 different educational backgrounds of vocational secondary school, junior college and undergraduate were selected and surveyed via Symptom Check List 90 (SCL-90),the Anxiety Scale (AS)and other questionnaires on related factors of mental health. Results The higher the educational backgrounds of the nursing students,the lower the scores of SCL-90 indicators;all scores of SCL-90 indicators of the nursing students from vocational secondary school was higher than that of the undergraduate students (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the nursing students from vocational secondary school and junior college, undergraduate students are mentally healthier.According to SCL-90,the mental problems of nursing students from vocational secondary school are significantly different in terms of compulsion,anxiety and other somatization.%目的:针对临床实习阶段不同学历层次护生的心理健康状况进行调查分析,了解心理状况、解决心理问题,以便使他们更好地适应护理工作。方法采用横断面研究,抽取中专、大专、本科3个层次的临床实习护生220名,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑量表(AS)心理健康状况相关因素问卷进行调查。结果随着教育层次的提高,实习护生SCL-90各项指标的评分呈现下降趋势;中专护生SCL-90各项指标的评分均高于本科护生( P<0.05)。结论与中专生、大专生比较,护理本科生的心理健康状况较好。SCL-90量表中强迫、焦虑症状及其他躯体化中专生心理问题差异较为突出。
