加强矿山企业人力资源管理的价值和途径

         

摘要

with the social progress and the increasing the formation of competition of economic globalization, not only an increasingly competitive in the domestic market, the mining enterprises in China are also gradually participated in the international competition. How to remain invincible in the fierce competitive marketplace has become a thoughtful question for Chinese mining enterprises. This paper is going to analysis the present human resource management of Chinese mining enterprises with the background of the current global economic integration, meanwhile, combined with modern human resources management theory and methods, proposed some practical recommendations on improving HRM of Chinese mining enterprises.%随着社会进步与发展以及经济全球化竞争格局的日益形成,不仅国内市场竞争日益激烈,而且我国矿山企业逐渐参与到国际竞争中去,如何才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,越来越成为我国矿山企业深入思考的问题.本文以当前全球经济一体化为背景,分析了我国中国矿业的人力资源管理现状,并结合现代企业人力资源管理论、方法,提出了关于提高中国矿山企业人力资源管理效率的一些切实可行的建议.
