重症监护病房护士分层管理模式的实施价值分析

         

摘要

Objective To analyze the implement value of hierarchical management mode for nurses in intensive care unit. Methods The hospital implemented a hierarchical management mode in the intensive care unit from December 2016. We randomly selected 60 patients before and 60 patients after hierarchical management from intensive care unit as study subjects. Satisfaction of nursing work were collected using the self-made nursing satisfaction scale in our hospital. Psychological condition of nurses was assessed using SAS and SDS scales before and after implementation of the hierarchical management mode. At the same time, the incidence of adverse nursing events in different periods was counted. The implement value of hierarchical management mode for nurses in intensive care unit was analyzed. Results The satisfaction rate of patients was 93. 33% after the implementation of the hierarchical management mode, and 80. 00% before implementation, the difference was statistically significant before and after the implementation of management (P<0. 05). The SAS and SDS scores of the nurses were all lower than those before the implementation of hierarchical management (P<0. 05). The incidence of various types of adverse nursing events was 6. 67%(4 cases) after the implementation of hierarchical management and 20. 00% before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant before and after implementation (P<0. 05). Conclusion Hierarchical management to nurses in the intensive care unit will help improve the satisfaction of patients and quality of nursing, reduce the incidence of adverse care events, and increase nurses' working enthusiasm.%目的 分析重症监护病房护士分层管理模式的实施价值.方法 本院自2016年12月于重症监护病房实施分层管理模式,随机选取实施分层管理前后的重症监护病房患者各60例作为研究对象,采用本院自制的护理满意度评量表采集患者对护理工作的满意度,使用SAS、SDS评量表评价实施分层管理模式实施前后护士的心理状态,同时统计不同时期的不良护理事件发生率,分析重症监护病房护士分层管理模式的实施价值.结果 实施分层管理模式后患者的护理满意度为93.33%,实施前患者的护理满意度为80.00%,实施管理前后患者护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施分层管理模式后护士的SAS与SDS评分为均低于实施前(P<0.05);实施分层管理模式后各类不良护理事件的发生率为6.67%(4例),实施前各类不良护理事件的发生率为20.00%,实施前后不良护理事件发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 重症监护病房护士实施层管理模式有助于提高患者的护理满意度和护理质量,降低不良护理事件的发生率,提高其工作积极性.
