目的：总结经股动脉置管溶栓治疗急性下肢动脉栓塞的护理体会。方法回顾并分析2013年1~12月收治的38例急性下肢动脉栓塞患者的临床资料及护理体会。结果患者在护理干预下积极配合治疗，29例患者栓塞动脉完全开通，9例部分开通。临床症状完全缓解31例，部分缓解7例；患者术后1周内在心理状态、生存质量各领域得分与入院时比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论置管溶栓是治疗急性下肢动脉栓塞的有效方法；适宜的护理干预能够有效提高患者治疗依从性及信心，减少心理问题，提高治疗效果及患者生活质量。%Objective To sum up the nursing experience of thrombolytic catheter of acute limb arterial embolism. Methods Reviewed and analyzed from January to December 2013, 38 cases of patients with acute limb arterial em-bolism in our hospital clinical data and nursing experience. Results Under the nursing intervention in patients with co-operate treatment actively, 29 patients with embolization artery completely opening, 9 cases of part. Clinical symptoms completely relieve the 31 cases, partial in 7 cases; 1 weeks after the inner psychological state, quality of life scores in every domains compared with admission, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion Catheter thrombolysis is an effective method for treatment of acute limb arterial embolism; Appropriate nursing intervention can effectively improve the patient's treatment adherence and confidence, to reduce the psychological problems, it is impor-tant to improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients.
