According to the trends of the combination of literature retrieval teaching and professional courses, the paper uses Problem Based Learning(PBL) method in literature retrieval course of undergraduate students of automation. Implementation process and its dififculties and solutions of PBL method in literature retrieval course are introduced. The teaching mode has enhanced learning interests, activated classroom atmosphere and get good teaching effect.%针对文献检索课程与专业课相结合的趋势，在自动化专业本科生科技文献检索课程中应用以问题为基础(PBL)的教学方法。介绍了在文献检索课程中PBL教学方法的实施过程及其应用的难点与解决方法。这种教学模式提高了学生的学习兴趣，活跃了课堂气氛，得到了很好的教学效果。
