Employment matters the livelihood of citizens, whilst business start-up energize the economic development. It＇s essential to build up a team of entrepreneurs of creative minds and entrepreneurship to satisfy the need of construct a creative country and develop creative economy. In this article, entrepreneurs and the deep level of entrepreneurship are researched, home domestic and oversea theory and practice of business-start-up are summarized, and the approaches of how to develop college students the ability of business start-up with entrepreneurship.
