大学生科研训练计划可以有效提高大学生的创新能力、实践能力和综合素质。阐述了大学生科研训练计划在地方本科院校实施的必要性,分析了目前地方本科院校在实施大学生科研训练计划中存在的问题,并提出了合理化建议。%Innovation ability,practice ability,and comprehensive quality of students could be improved by student research training plan（SRTP）.In this paper,the necessity of SRTP in local undergraduate universities was expatiated.A few questions in the course of the training plan were analyzed.Based on the analysis,some rationalization proposals for the training program were put forwarded.
