可编程控制器（简称PLC）是电气和自动化类专业重要的课程,近年来在各行业得到了广泛的应用。然而,目前的PLC教学普遍存在直观性差、内容单调、理解困难等问题。将PLC仿真软件应用于教学,贯穿于PLC硬件结构、指令应用、编程实例等教学环节,实现了控制对象实际运行的计算机仿真,使学生熟练掌握编程指令的运用,改善了教学效果。%PLC is an important specialty course of electric and automation and has been widely used in various industries.However,PLC teaching has the drawbacks such as poor visual impressing,dull content,understanding difficulties and teaching effect.To solve above problems,the simulation software is applied to PLC teaching links such as hardware framework,instruction application and programming examples in this paper.The controlling the objects in the running process is easily implemented.Simulation teaching results show that the application of programming instruction is expertly mastered by students and teaching effect is obviously promoted.
